What do you get a boyfriend who has it all?

So it is that time of year where I scratch my head and try to figure out what in the world to get my boyfriend for his birthday.
I know you have been here before. The place where no matter where you look, that significant other in your life has already bought the item you had in mind or no longer wants that item and has moved on to another hobby.
As a person who has an expensive hobby, I can appreciate a spouse who has likewise. I would rather save up and get you something you would enjoy...if only you would tell me what IT is!!
It used to be mandatory in my family that everyone had an Amazon account. For some reason we seem to have gotten away from that. Which leaves me in my current predicament - what to get a boyfriend who seems to have it all? Guess I will just have to keep looking and come up with something. Sometimes necessity is the mother of invention.
